Job summary

BNY's 2027 Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance offers a structured two‑year rotational experience designed to develop critical risk and governance skills. You will work with global teams across credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, gaining hands‑on exposure from day one.

The program emphasizes mentoring, formal training, and real project work that supports governance, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program (business or technology focused).
  • Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027.
  • On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher.
  • Does not require visa sponsorship in the country of applying.

Our 24‑month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. Program eligibility:
  • Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business‑related and/or technology‑related majors preferred
  • Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
  • On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
