2027 BNY Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance

Risk & Compliance is responsible for establishing the framework, policies, guidance, and tools that support risk and compliance management across BNY. Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the function provides independent oversight, monitoring, and challenge of risk decisions and activities throughout the risk management lifecycle. Analysts gain hands‑on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, while building an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm.

Analyst Program

Our 24‑month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. New joiners take part in a structured induction experience to help them assimilate into BNY, learn about the organization, connect with peers and leaders, and build the core skills needed to navigate their early career with confidence.

Program eligibility:

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4‑year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business‑related and/or technology‑related majors preferred

• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027

• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher

• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
