BNY's 2027 Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance offers a structured two‑year rotational experience designed to develop critical risk and governance skills. You will work with global teams across credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, gaining hands‑on exposure from day one.

The program emphasizes mentoring, formal training, and real project work that supports governance, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program (business or technology focused).
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027.
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher.
• Does not require visa sponsorship in the country of applying.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and compliance activities by applying frameworks and oversight practices.
• Analyze information, identify trends, and assess how risks are managed.
• Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation that support governance and monitoring.
• Gain exposure to areas such as credit, market, liquidity, and enterprise risk.
