Deloitte is offering a degree apprenticeship in Internal Audit & Change in the UK. You will study towards the BrightStart Level 7 ACA Standard apprenticeship and work on varied audits across industries. The role emphasises collaboration, learning, and client-facing development.
The programme combines office and home working in a hybrid model, with in-person induction and ongoing professional development support from project teams, mentoring, and a buddy system.
Our Internal Audit & Change team works with clients to help them understand the risks they are exposed to, establish effective controls and provide assurance that these controls are operating effectively.
The team has experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing business processes, working with a broad range of clients across all sectors, including financial services, corporate and public sector.
Through day-to-day engagement with our clients we’re able to engage with senior leaders across a range of disciplines and understand the inner workings, challenges and opportunities faced by our clients.
We are looking for people who are collaborative team players, and effective communicators. In our team you’ll learn the technical skills you need to deliver great work for clients, and a deep insight into lots of different industries.
You’llneed to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum of 104 UCAS points (if gained after 2017 – or 260 if before) from your top 3 A-Levels

The projects in Internal Audit & Change are varied as we work with a broad range of organisations, with different levels of maturity, all working towards different ambitions and targets.
You may also have the opportunity to be aligned to one of our teams covering technology and cyber controls (which includes auditing artificial intelligence tools and technologies), transformation and change assurance, or data analytics.
