Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a detail-driven Risk and Compliance Lawyer with 2–6 years of experience to join a firm on the Hertfordshire/Essex border. The role covers data protection, AML, regulatory compliance and risk management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day data protection matters, support onboarding, conduct AML/KYC checks and oversee compliance reviews, with hybrid working after probation and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and draft responses to client complaints.
