Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Risk Analyst in London to transform data into meaningful insights for decision-making. You will contribute to the Enterprise Risk Management Team, analysing risk information, spotting trends and delivering high-quality reporting to strengthen visibility of the organisation's risk profile.

The role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards, monitoring regulatory changes, and delivering concise, impactful reports to senior leaders. Hybrid work 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights.
• Experience analysing organisational data and producing reports.
• Experience using Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of risk management principles (ISO 31000/COSO).
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse risk data from risk registers, incident reporting systems and other sources.
• Identify emerging risks and trends through thematic analysis.
• Conduct cross-risk analysis to understand impacts.
• Monitor housing sector developments and regulatory changes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Produce insightful reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Improve risk data quality and support reporting automation.
