Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Risk Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making. You will work within the Enterprise Risk Management Team to analyse risk information, identify emerging trends and develop reporting to improve visibility of the organisation's risk profile.

You will create and maintain Power BI dashboards, support horizon scanning, and enhance analytical capability through high-quality reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cross-risk analysis to understand relationships and organisational impacts.
• Monitor housing sector developments, regulatory changes and external risk factors.

• Improve risk data quality and support reporting automation initiatives.

As a Risk Analyst, you will help transform data into meaningful insight that supports decision-making across Notting Hill Genesis. Essential:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Experience analysing organisational data and producing reports.
• Experience using Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.

• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

• Power BI or data analytics certifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
• Membership of, or working towards, the Institute of Risk Management.
