As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Has an understanding of food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
