Requirements

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Willing to manage the line and plan shifts to ensure proper coverage and coaching
• Understanding of food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Ability to celebrate team success and recognize individual needs
