Job summary

Working closely with workshop and aftersales teams, you will identify continuous improvement opportunities, liaise with customers as needed, and ensure all processes comply with Porsche guidelines and warranty

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections on completed vehicles to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
• Support the delivery of a right first time approach to vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Oversee warranty submissions and ensure compliance with Porsche warranty requirements and regulations.
• Work closely with workshop and aftersales teams to identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with customers where required, providing professional support and technical explanations.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with Porsche standards and operational guidelines.
