Job summary

Stannah Stairlifts is seeking a Final Process Checking Operator (Masting) to join the Rail Manufacturing Team in Newburn. You will perform final inspections, interpret drawings, and complete cosmetic finishing to ensure products meet high quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.

The role is full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week, with a Monday-Thursday schedule (06:15–16:00). A manufacturing background and ability to read technical drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering environment.
• Ability to read and extract information from technical drawings.
• Experience working to fine tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills within a team.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement, safety and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
