Job summary

Bihr, a leading distributor of motorcycle parts and rider gear, invites applications for a 12‑month Product Coordinator Apprentice. You will support data accuracy, product content, and launches within the Rider Gear portfolio. Training is provided and no prior product-management experience is required.

You will collaborate with Brand Managers, Sales and Master Data teams to ensure up-to-date information in internal systems. The role emphasises data quality and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and follow established processes.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• Interest in Generative AI and its administrative applications.
• Experience in administration, data-entry or retail is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 or NAV is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, maintenance and accuracy of Rider Gear product data.
• Maintain product information in SAP S4 and Microsoft NAV.
• Assist with new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for specs, imagery and content.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of sales tools.
• Support pricing and other commercial data under supervision.
• Follow up missing information and coordinate corrections.
• Support routine reporting and product analysis.
• Provide general product information and team support.
