Job summary

Endura, a Pentland Brands cycling apparel arm, is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support range planning, data management and cross‑functional delivery across Design, Development, Merchandising and Sourcing. You’ll help build seasonal ranges, create briefs and keep product information accurate in PLM systems.

This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment with hybrid working and exposure to consumer insights, trend analysis and launch preparation.

Qualifications

• Some experience in product management, merchandising, buying, or product development.
• Strong organisational and data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for products, trends, and consumer behaviour within apparel/footwear.

Responsibilities

• Range Planning & Support: assist with building seasonal product ranges in line with brand and commercial strategies.
• Product Data & Documentation: maintain accurate product information across PLM and internal systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Design, Development, and Sourcing to ensure briefs are delivered on time.
• Consumer & Market Insight Support: contribute to category research, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Launch Preparation & Performance Tracking: assist with launch materials and post‑season analysis.
