Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Preston is seeking a motivated RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our design-led practice. You will assist on diverse projects from concept through planning, producing drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and the Adobe suite.

You'll work closely with senior architects, gaining exposure to live projects, research tasks, and technical detailing.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 2 qualification from a recognised UK architecture school.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment.
• A passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail.
• Preston/Lancashire based.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of projects from concept to planning stages.
• Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (training provided if needed).
• Support senior team members with project research, concept development, and technical detailing.
• Attend team meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.
