A growing design-led architecture and design & build business is looking to appoint a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join its close-knit team in Lancashire.

You'll work closely with experienced directors and gain hands‑on involvement from concept and planning through to technical delivery and construction.

The practice specialises primarily in residential architecture and offers a unique environment where architecture, interiors, construction and development sit under one roof.

The Opportunity

You'll be involved across a broad range of residential projects, supporting design development, planning applications, technical detailing and project delivery.

Unlike larger practices where responsibilities can be heavily segmented, you'll gain genuine project ownership and the opportunity to develop into a project‑running role as your experience grows.

Responsibilities will include:
