The role requires a Part 2 qualification with 2-3 years UK practice experience, a strong design portfolio, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and an understanding of UK regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Part 2 qualified with 2-3 years UK practice experience.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technical ability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Eagerness to progress toward Part 3 qualification with mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors.
• Produce high-quality drawings, visuals, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, technologists, and consultants throughout all RIBA stages.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to support project development.
• Contribute to planning applications and building regulation submissions.
• Engage in design reviews and team discussions.
