Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a part-time Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join the Rheumatology AHP Service. Based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with inflammatory arthritis and other rheumatological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for rheumatology patients.
• Work as part of the rheumatology multidisciplinary team.
• Support rheumatology outpatient services.
• Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programmes.
• Participate in consultant-led clinics and multidisciplinary services.
• Deliver hydrotherapy rehabilitation sessions.
• Contribute to service improvement and audit activity.
• Support student education and development of the wider team.
