Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse for a care home in the Lowestoft area of Suffolk. You will provide high quality nursing care to residents with complex needs in a registered care home environment.

The role requires an active NMC PIN and at least 1 year of nursing experience in a care setting. Competitive hourly rate (£22.00–£22.75) with monthly pay and a permanent full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Minimum 1+ year NMC registration and care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are developed and maintained with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and organize GP/professional visits when needed.

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide. The home provides exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of the areas residential community

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company’s medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.00 - £22.75 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on a mix of shifts.
