CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading care provider in recruiting a Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time position in the Lowestoft area. The role requires a current active NMC Pin and offers a competitive hourly rate with monthly pay.

You will work in a care home delivering residential, nursing and dementia care, assessing residents, administering meds, and coordinating with families and professionals to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC pin.
• Evidence of 1+ year NMC registration is preferred.
• Experience in care settings and patient-centred care approaches desired.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' needs and set priorities for care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and update care plans with residents, relatives, and health professionals.
• Report illness and arrange GP or specialist visits when needed.

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide. The home provides exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of the areas residential community

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company’s medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.00 - £22.75 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on a mix of shifts.
