Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a fantastic nursing home in Partington, Manchester to recruit a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality dementia care and work with residents, families and a wide care team.You must hold an active NMC pin. The role offers day and night shifts with an hourly rate of £21.50–£22.25, paid monthly. Qualifications

• Qualified as Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting, preferably dementia care.
• Ability to work with residents, relatives and health professionals with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and review care plans with residents, families and professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP visits when required.

This special nursing home has been designed for the needs of people living with dementia

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.50 - £22.25 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
