Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a dementia-focused nursing home in the Manchester area to recruit a Registered Nurse. The role requires an active NMC PIN and a compassionate, dedicated approach to elder care.

You will work on either day or night shifts within a supportive team in a facility designed for residents with dementia. The successful nurse will receive a competitive hourly rate of £22.25 and benefits including a pension, induction, enhanced bank holiday rates, and recognition schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified RN with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
• Able to work as part of a team and show empathy.

This special nursing home has been designed for the needs of people living with dementia

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.25 per hour and the annual salary is up to £55,536 per annum.We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
