Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Registered Nurse for a dementia-focused care home in the Partington/Manchester area. You will provide compassionate nursing care to residents living with dementia, ensuring high standards of safety and wellbeing.

To be eligible you must hold a current active NMC Pin and be able to work across day and night shifts. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, a comprehensive induction, and generous benefits package including pension and DBS support.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care

• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
