Job summary

Fractal is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies and leads client projects in RGM for CPG from its London hub. The Engagement Lead will coordinate across AI, engineering and design teams to deliver impactful data-driven insights and scalable solutions.

The role requires engaging stakeholders, aligning objectives, and driving collaboration to accelerate the RGM journey. Reporting into the RGM Client delivery lead, you will shape project delivery, manage expectations, and ensure value

Qualifications

12+ years of work experience related to RGM data science and analytics in CPG.
Strong knowledge of analytics and machine learning concepts and their application to problems.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and business discussions with customers on KPIs, metrics, data science and PoV projects.
Hold user and stakeholder workshops to showcase results and explain model functionality.
Lead a small team of data scientists and analysts, coordinating data science work with product.
Design solution frameworks and deliver insights presentations.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
