Fractal in London seeks a Principal Consultant for CPG Commercial & Demand Analytics. You will own the commercial performance, manage P&L, forecast revenue, and lead client relationships to drive growth across existing and new accounts.

You will open new revenue streams by developing adjacent offerings in marketing analytics, trade promotion and revenue growth management, demand planning, and data platforms. You will guide platform architecture and governance across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, or commercial technology in CPG/retail
• Proven track record leading senior client conversations and delivering measurable outcomes
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to commercial leaders and business trade-offs to engineers
• Experience managing teams and mentoring consultants at a senior level
• Strong understanding of CPG commercial functions: sales, trade, marketing, category mgmt, and supply chain

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial performance of a CPG analytics and digital technology business in London
• Accountable for P&L, revenue growth across existing and new accounts, client relationships
• Lead engagements from qualification through to close, including opportunities in adjacent offerings
• Define target platform architecture for commercial analytics and self-service analytics
• Advise leadership on investment decisions with quantified business cases
• Oversee delivery governance and cross-disciplinary teams of data engineers, data scientists, and designers
