Fractal is seeking a Principal Consultant for the CPG Commercial & Demand Analytics practice in London. You will own the client portfolio’s commercial performance, forecast revenues, manage margins, and lead senior relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and commercial performance for the client portfolio.
• Grow revenue across existing and new client accounts.
• Lead client relationships with senior commercial and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee end‑to‑end engagements in marketing analytics, trade promotion, and revenue growth management.
• Define target platform architecture for commercial analytics (data ingestion to self‑serve analytics).
• Assess data platforms, identify gaps in data quality/governance, and lead modernization roadmaps.
• Advise leadership on investment decisions (media mix, trade spend, pricing) with quantified business cases.
• Mentor and oversee delivery by data engineers, data scientists, and consultants.
