Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cross-functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.
You will support the Global Omni-Sales Excellence (OX) function and the markets to drive net revenue, gross margin, and trade budget management via a cohesive universal planning & TPM suite. The individual will be responsible for automating the net pricing reports, maintaining accurate net pricing targets, and improving global adherence to Trade Investment (TI) governance, while supporting the Planning and TPM lead. This individual will also support the Must Stock List (MSL) planning, execution, and reporting automation in the OX product suite.
