Job Description:

This position plays a pivotal role in accelerating our strategic pricing and Pack Price Architecture enterprise capability in the region. It is responsible for analyzing strategic pricing and PPA opportunities within our categories, following our newly defined PPA process. The role involves partnering with regional portfolio teams to integrate these strategies into our cell strategies, guiding long-term portfolio needs, and governing cluster plans to achieve these objectives. Specifically, it supports the expansion of our regional PPA strategic approach across all cells, including integrating promotional PPA, and works closely with cluster teams to define their long-term PPA and strategic pricing plans in line with regional guidance.

What are we looking for?

An individual eager to broaden their perspective through a regional role, developing their expertise in RGM and partnering to enhance capabilities. The candidate should possess strong financial acumen and a good understanding of commercial (consumer or customer) aspects, with specific qualities including:

  • Experience in analytics and modeling to develop fact-based recommendations, translating insights and complex data into actionable plans. Required
  • Understanding of customer P&L, key consumer pricing concepts, and KPIs (e.g., RRP, Elasticity, margin pool, consumer value proposition), and their impact on financials.
  • A self-starter/entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt communication style to different audiences. Required
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders behind recommendations. Required
  • Experience in RGM with pricing/PPA (Nice to have)
  • Experience in consumer market research methodologies (Nice to have)
  • Understanding of multiple markets' consumer pricing strategies (Nice to have)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the regional Portfolio Pricing Director in expanding the new regional strategic PPA methodology across other cells and markets, establishing governance in partnership with the regional portfolio and activity management teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend long-term (3-5 years) PPA and pricing strategies for the region, integrating these into future menu card plans, including promotional portfolios.
  • Partner with Cluster RGM teams to define 3-year PPA roadmaps and develop clear execution plans aligned with regional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional HI and S&F teams to create ongoing analysis for pricing reporting, monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and elasticity, and identify future IT needs.
