CCLA Investment Management Limited, part of the Jupiter Group, is seeking an experienced RFP Associate to join its Business Development Support team in London.
You will craft high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs and DDQs, interpret complex investment content for diverse audiences, and help maintain presentation materials and data libraries. The role requires strong writing, project management, and collaboration with SMEs.
CCLA is a specialist investment manager with a long and distinctive heritage in responsible investment. We manage investments for charities, religious organisations and the public sector, helping our clients achieve their financial objectives while using the power of investment to drive positive change. In February 2026, CCLA became part of Jupiter Asset Management, bringing together two active investment managers with a shared focus on delivering strong outcomes for clients. CCLA retains its distinctive brand, investment philosophy, client service model and mission-driven approach, while benefiting from the broader investment capabilities, resources and infrastructure of the Jupiter Group. Our people are central to our success. We want to attract, develop and retain talented people who share our commitment to clients and our belief in responsible investment. We value different perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people can contribute, develop and do meaningful work. CCLA is based in Victoria, London. We operate a hybrid working model, with colleagues typically spending three days each week in the office and up to two days working remotely. This gives our people flexibility while maintaining the collaboration, connection and shared sense of purpose that come from working together in person.
This role supports CCLA to grow its business through new prospects and client retention. As an RFP Associate, you will write high-quality, tailored responses to information requests, RFPs and due diligence questionnaires, using both new content and existing materials. You will also produce presentation materials including pitch packs. The ability to write elegantly and thoughtfully is essential in this role. You will be required to interpret complex investment content for different audiences – in RFPs and presentational materials. Understanding the firm's products, investment strategies, and operational processes will be crucial. You will be working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, which requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The overall goal of the Business Development Support team is to be responsive, accurate, and expedient to ensure a high calibre of service to clients, prospects and internal stakeholders. The team works closely with multiple internal departments to help achieve the goals of the business.
This role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA.
At Jupiter we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
We take pride in creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome and their contributions are valued. We are keen to hire, train and retain people of the highest quality who share our values and passion. We are committed to being an inclusive employer regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, socioeconomic status, medical condition or disability, or any other protected status.
From the moment staff are inducted into the organisation, an enormous effort is made to ensure they feel valued, safe, involved in the day-to-day running and development of the business, and know that they will be treated fairly. Our staff turnover is low, so recruitment opportunities are infrequent.
Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at CCLA. CCLA Investment Management Limited is part of the Jupiter Group.
