Job summary

Royal London Asset Management in London is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, and to work with RFP, Sales and Investment teams. You will build relationships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality responses.

You will ensure content is accurate and professionally presented, while helping maintain Dasseti and expanding knowledge of investment products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Must have degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, written communication and numeracy skills are required.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
• Work with RFP, Sales and Investment teams to gather and communicate information.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure high-quality responses.
• Ensure content is accurate, consistent and professionally presented.
• Help maintain and enhance Dasseti, our RFP content management system.
• Develop knowledge of investment products, sales initiatives and industry trends.
