Job summary

RBC BlueBay Asset Management’s DDQ Team in London seeks an Associate to produce high‑quality DDQs and RFIs, coordinating responses and maintaining content accuracy. You will work with Compliance, Legal, Investment Management and Business Development to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

The role focuses on building robust knowledge of products and strategies, improving processes through automation, and delivering reliable materials that strengthen client relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; produce clear, concise responses
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and teams across Compliance, Legal, Investment Management and Business Development to create, maintain and deliver DDQs, RFIs and content
• Produce, edit and coordinate accurate, well-researched responses for client requests
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps and updates in our content library
• Support automation tools and AI workflows to improve submission times and quality
• Manage content review cycles and data governance in collaboration with the Team Lead
• Develop knowledge of RBC BlueBay’s products and asset classes to ensure contextual accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Support internal reviews to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met
