Job summary

Primark is seeking an RFID Analyst to analyse RFID and operational data, identify opportunities and propose actions in partnership with supply chain and logistics teams. The role focuses on improving inventory accuracy, availability and performance through data-driven insights.

You will develop dashboards using BI tools, interpret data from multiple sources and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing RFID-generated data and identifying opportunities for new use cases and business value creation.
• Advanced analytics skills with dashboards and management of complex datasets using BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFID and operational data to identify high-volume continuity merchandise and recommend actions with supply chain partners.
• Evaluate RFID count saturation results to improve inventory accuracy and operations.
• Identify and drive value opportunities across RFID implementation phases, including sales growth and shrink reduction.
• Develop robust business cases with Finance to validate benefits, costs and ROI.
• Leverage vendor partnerships and external networks to shape RFID roadmap and future use cases.
• Apply predictive analytics and market insights to drive performance and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
