Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working with RFID data.
• 5+ years’ experience in retail or supply chain environments.
• Advanced analytical skills with dashboards and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFID and operational data to identify opportunities and actions.
• Evaluate RFID test results to improve inventory accuracy and performance.
• Identify and drive value opportunities across RFID implementation phases.
• Develop robust business case proposals with Finance for ROI.
• Leverage vendor partnerships and external networks to shape RFID roadmap.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
