Job summary

Primark is seeking an RFID Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end RFID initiatives across retail operations, translating roadmap priorities into scalable business solutions. You will collaborate with technology partners, vendors and internal teams to deliver value and support deployment across stores.

You will lead requirements, develop business cases, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure readiness for successful RFID adoption while aligning with Primark's growth and customer experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail and supply chain, with hands-on RFID deployment and operational management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities to gain buy-in at all levels.
• Analytical, commercially minded with focus on cost, value and customer experience.
• Interest in retail technology trends and emerging industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of RFID initiatives across retail operations.
• Define project scope, gather requirements, and deliver RFID proof-of-concept/value programs.
• Develop business cases for RFID investment and future implementations.
• Collaborate with RFID partners to design and implement hardware/software solutions.
• Direct RFP processes and vendor selection, negotiating solutions within budget and timeline.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-functional readiness for deployment.
