Job summary

Matchtech is looking for an experienced RF Systems Engineer to lead customer RF requirements and contribute to technical proposals. You will cover system design, definition, control, and verification and validation. Collaborate with antenna and mechanical design teams to ensure RF requirements are captured in proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience deriving and managing RF requirements.
• Familiarity with RF system design and verification.
• Knowledge of industry standards (FCC, S1000D, ISO).
• Ability to contribute to technical proposals and bids.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and substantiate customer RF requirements.
• Participate in qualification activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with antenna and mechanical design teams to capture RF needs in proposals.
• Support design reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR) and ensure documentation compliance.
