Qualifications

• Experience deriving and managing requirements essential.
• System architecture design experience desirable.
• Familiarity with RF systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and substantiate requirements with customers.
• Participate in qualification activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with antenna and mechanical design teams to capture RF requirements in proposals.
• Support design reviews including PDR, CDR, TRR.
• Ensure technical documentation complies with RF product standards.
• Derive and manage system requirements and architecture.
• Bid generation and gap analysis.
• Assess market needs and utility of existing portfolio for customer needs.
• Monitor system-level capability for internal and external teams.
• Own project work and deliver on time and budget.
