Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an RF Product Specialist in Nottinghamshire to join a technically specialised engineering business on a permanent basis. The role focuses on developing, specifying and managing a niche RF interconnect product portfolio.

You will provide technical support, interpret datasheets, and work closely with engineering and production teams to drive product development and ensure accuracy of specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF, microwave, interconnect or related electronic technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of RF products, components and applications.
• Knowledge of RF connectors, coaxial products, cable assemblies or related interconnect tech.
• Experience in RF interconnect, aerospace, defence, satellite or telecoms beneficial.
• Ability to interpret specifications, datasheets and engineering requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, production and other technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product expertise across RF and interconnect products.
• Develop understanding of RF product specifications, applications and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and other technical teams on product development.
• Assist with technical evaluation, specification and selection of RF components.
• Support customers and internal teams with RF product queries.
• Review data, specifications and docs to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to development and introduction of new RF products and technologies.
• Support problem-solving and share product knowledge across the business.
