Job summary
Teledyne Microwave UK is seeking a Production Engineer to support manufacturing of RF and microwave products used in defence and communications applications. You will drive yield, reliability and efficiency across production, collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
The role requires experience in electronics manufacturing, problem-solving, and process documentation. You will work in a regulated aerospace environment, contributing to continuous improvement and new product
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in production/manufacturing engineering roles.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and test operations; resolve issues to improve yield and efficiency.
- Investigate failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain production processes, work instructions and test procedures for RF/electronic products.
- Support NPI, product transfers and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
