Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support RF power production engineering, from design through to production and post-sales support. The team addresses process development, SOPs, FMEA, and continuous improvement on cost and manufacturability.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply, and NPI teams, drive root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and contribute to safety and COSHH practices while ensuring timely delivery of

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electronics test and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience supporting electronics manufacturing environments and processes.
• Ability to produce concise reports and effective presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills (8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot component-level faults on the production line and drive long-term improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply teams to drive root cause actions.
• Develop and review SOPs, FMEA, control plans, and risk assessments.
• Support New Product Development involvement and ensure DFM/DFA criteria are met.
• Contribute to safety, COSHH assessments, and project bid data preparations.
