Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Production Manager to lead the day-to-day manufacturing operation at Teledyne Microwave UK. You will ensure safe, efficient and on-time delivery of high-performance RF and microwave products, while driving production output and workforce development.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Facilities to resolve issues, implement improvements and ensure adherence to procedures and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in high-reliability environments such as electronics, aerospace or defence.
• Strong grasp of production planning, scheduling and delivery execution.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operation at Teledyne Microwave UK.
• Ensure safe, efficient and on-time delivery of high-performance RF/microwave products.
• Drive output, delivery performance and workforce development; manage production planning execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Facilities to resolve issues.
• Lead recovery actions for missed deliveries and capacity challenges.
• Support introduction of new products into manufacture and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develop team capability through coaching and training; promote cross-training to reduce single points of failure.
• Maintain health & safety standards and quality requirements.
