• Prior experience in electronic assembly is essential
• High level of dexterity and manual precision
• Strong attention to detail and quality minded
• Ability to read complex assembly drawings and process instructions

Responsibilities

• Delicate hand assembly of electronic devices under microscope
• Follow company procedures and quality instructions
• Work to process specifications and manufacturing instructions
• Meet line and audit inspection requirements for AS9100 and ISO9001
• Follow written/pictorial/verbal instructions from engineers
• Highlight rework issues and record failures as required
• Keep work areas clean and free of ESD hazards
• Collaborate with Engineers and Operations on redesigns and new products
