Job summary

Teledyne Microwave UK, a Teledyne group unit, is seeking a electronics test/repair professional. You will perform RF, analogue and digital alignment, test, verification and final acceptance testing to predetermined specifications.

You will diagnose faults, report root causes, and ensure documentation follows company procedures. Responsibilities include using network and spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, and meters, recording issues, and aiding continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience with RF, analogue and digital electronics preferred.
• Ability to fault-find to component level and document findings.

Responsibilities

• RF, analogue and digital alignment, testing and final acceptance testing to spec.
• Fault-finding and root-cause analysis of non-working electronics.
• Maintain procedures, quality instructions and policies.
• Use testing equipment (network/spectrum analysers, scopes, meters) and document issues clearly.
• Prepare and manage production inspection records and test reports.
• Support shift handovers and Kaizen/continuous improvement activities.
