Job summary

Teledyne Microwave UK Lincoln is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Technician to join our skilled team at Lincoln. You will assemble and test RF and electronic products, following build documentation and procedures, while learning advanced manufacturing practices.

You will maintain accurate production records, support fault finding, and help drive continuous improvement within a high-reliability environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Electronic/Electrical/Manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• Strong manual dexterity and high attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, build instructions and test procedures.
• Understanding of basic electronic assembly, manufacturing or engineering principles.
• Willingness to learn and work in a high-technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test RF and electronic products using defined build documents.
• Maintain production records, build docs and test results.
• Support fault finding and repair for production issues and returns.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental requirements, including ESD controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Meet production targets while maintaining high quality.
