Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join its RF Electronics production team in a high-reliability environment. You will support full product lifecycle, from design through production, with fault finding and process improvements.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Projects to implement corrective actions and ensure DFMA considerations for new products. Strong problem solving and cross-team communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive electronics manufacturing experience.
• Experience with DFMA and DFA in production environments.
• Ability to produce concise technical reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to production and fault find at component level.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and standards.
• Support new product introductions and changes through PFMEA and control plans.
• Analyse processes to improve productivity, quality and cost.
