Job summary

ZENOVO LTD in Yorkshire (hybrid available) is seeking a Design Engineer to develop high‑performance electronic products for demanding applications. You will design and develop electrical/electronic products and assemblies, and support their progression from concept to manufacture.

The role requires a degree in Electronics or RF Engineering (or equivalent), practical experience in electrical design, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in electronics or RF engineering.
• Experience in electrical/electronic design.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings.
• Analytical and methodical problem solving.
• Interest in RF, microwave or high-frequency electronics.
• Willingness to learn and develop specialist skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical/electronic products and assemblies.
• Produce and modify schematics and technical documentation.
• Support development from concept to manufacture.
• Carry out design calculations, analysis and simulation where required.
• Support testing, fault finding and validation of new and existing designs.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure designs are practical, robust and manufacturable.
• Investigate technical issues and identify effective design solutions.
