Job summary

ETL Systems Ltd in Hook is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will build, fit and test components from technical drawings using hand tools and precision equipment, with an 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday pattern.

You'll work on a 6-month fixed-term contract, ensuring safety, quality, and documentation of production data while collaborating with the production team to hit daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assembly technician or production worker.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics and drawings to assemble components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; use precision instruments.
• Inspect parts and test finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report to supervisor.
• Record production data and test results accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper PPE usage.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet schedule.
