Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cook Supervisor for their CAFRE Loughry, Cookstown site. This role involves operating the kitchen and preparing nutritious meals that cater to various dietary needs.

The position requires attention to detail, strong leadership by example, and excellent communication skills. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, while working to provide a great food service.

Working Pattern:

• Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 15:30pm
• Friday 07:30am - 11:30am
• Term Time role

• Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 15:30pm
• Friday 07:30am - 11:30am
• Term Time role

The Role:

• Operating the kitchen focusing on tasty, well-balanced, nutritious meals catering for all dietary requirements.
• Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to the client organisation in accordance with the agreement of the contract.
• Have full responsibility for all aspects of the service and team whilst on shift.
• Ensuring all bookwork is completed within agreed timescales and, company requirements.
• Ensuring all HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
