Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior Supply Planner (Rework and Co-Pack) to deliver strong product availability across a complex portfolio. The role translates demand, launches and commercial priorities into an integrated plan across WIP, packaging, components and supplier capacity.

You will lead cross‑functional constraint resolution, coach colleagues and own planning execution while building robust inputs to S&OP and supply reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong supply chain planning experience, including rework, co-pack or contract manufacturing.
• Ability to translate demand, launches and commercial priorities into a balanced medium-term plan.
• Deep understanding of WIP, packaging, components, inventory and capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of ERP/planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply plan, stock position and service outcomes for a complex rework and co-pack portfolio.
• Translate demand, launches and commercial priorities into a balanced plan, challenging assumptions where required.
• Integrate WIP, packaging, components, POs, capacity and deployment into one achievable plan.
• Lead weekly prioritisation of activity and recommendations on capacity allocation and sequencing.
• Resolve shortages and constraints with clear options, impacts and recommendations.
• Provide forward-looking availability and risk insights to senior stakeholders.
