Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, a luxury beauty brand, is seeking a Senior Supply Planner (Rework & Co-Pack) to convert demand and launches into a ready-to-execute plan. You will balance WIP, packaging, components, capacity and supplier constraints across the horizon, while coaching colleagues and driving planning discipline.

You will lead cross-functional issue resolution, ensure data integrity and provide forward-looking availability insights to regional and launch stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior Supply Planner with rework and co-pack planning experience.
• Strong Excel capabilities and knowledge of ERP/Planning systems.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply plan, stock position and service outcomes for a complex rework and co-pack portfolio.
• Translate demand, launches and priorities into a balanced mid-term plan.
• Integrate WIP, packaging, components, POs and capacity into one plan.
• Lead weekly prioritisation of rework and co-pack activity and allocation decisions.
• Resolve shortages and constraints across suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure data integrity, inventory status and availability at third-party locations.
• Lead supplier reviews driving OTIF, capacity and improvement actions.
• Provide forward-looking availability and risk insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate readiness for priority launches and campaigns.
• Analyze costs, stock projections and performance; propose corrective actions.
• Contribute to supply reviews and S&OP with scenarios and recovery plans.
• Lead process improvements and embed planning standards.
