We are seeking a talented Reward and Benefits Partner to join our small but dynamic reward team at Ocado Logistics. As our reward and benefits partner, you will be involved in exciting projects such as benefits redesign, pay reviews, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our offerings are attractive, legally compliant, fair, and benchmarked.
In this role, you will define and implement a fair, competitive, and fit-for-purpose total compensation and benefits package aligned with our company’s strategy and goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to bring these initiatives to fruition.

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the reward and benefits field, including managing benefits platforms, systems, payroll, benchmarking, and job architecture. Whether you are a current reward and benefits professional seeking growth at a larger organization or a seasoned specialist ready for the next step, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop and make a significant impact on total rewards.
You may currently hold or have experience as a Reward and Benefits Partner, Reward and Benefits Specialist, Reward Business Partner, or Reward and Benefits Analyst.
