Reward Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid – 3-4 days in the office)
Salary: £70,000 + 25% bonus
Contract: Permanent

A high-growth global investment firm is seeking a Confident and Analytical Reward Specialist to join its Reward team. With significant investment in its people agenda and continued growth across the business, this is a unique opportunity to support and shape the compensation offering within a dynamic, high-performing environment.

This role sits within a collaborative HR team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting annual compensation processes, salary reviews, and market benchmarking
  • Delivering insightful reward analytics to support business decisions
  • Managing and integrating complex data with clarity and accuracy
  • Collaborating across HR, including payroll, benefits, and systems teams
  • Supporting the development and communication of reward initiatives

About You

  • Around 3 years’ experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics
  • Strong Excel skills – confident handling and interpreting large data sets
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and able to think critically and logically
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Background in corporate or commercial sectors preferred
